When you book a Spark Session or other paid service, you agree to pay the listed price at the time of booking. All prices are listed in US dollars. Payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise specified.
Spark Sessions and consultation calls may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice or no-shows are not eligible for a refund. If we need to reschedule a session, we will provide reasonable advance notice and work with you to find an alternative time.
Digital products (workbooks, guides, templates, and other downloadable materials) are delivered electronically. Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales of digital products are final. No refunds will be issued once a digital product has been delivered or made available for download.
Digital products are licensed for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not redistribute, resell, share publicly, or claim authorship of any digital product purchased from BTM.
We offer certain resources at no cost, including guides, quizzes, and blog content. These resources are provided for informational purposes only. We may request your email address in exchange for access to free resources. By providing your email address, you consent to receiving occasional communications from BTM, which you may unsubscribe from at any time.
